Are Orielle diamonds real?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to natural diamonds — with the same fire, brilliance, and strength. Grown in controlled environments, they are certified by leading labs like GIA, IGI, and EGL, and offer a more sustainable alternative.
Do you offer moissanite?
Absolutely. We offer an extensive collection of moissanite in a range of cuts and shapes. Known for its sparkle and durability, moissanite is a brilliant and ethical choice.
Do you offer gemstones or birthstones?
Yes, we offer both natural and lab-created gemstones and birthstones. We also specialize in custom designs, allowing you to incorporate meaningful stones into pieces that are truly personal.

Do you make custom designs?

Please note: Custom orders are final sale, unless there is a defect, in which case we’ll remake it with care.
Can I customize an existing design?
In most cases, yes. If you'd like to modify one of our pieces — such as increasing the size of the focal stone — email us at hello@orielle.co, and we’ll be happy to explore options with you.
Are your jewellery pieces solid metal or plated?
All Orielle pieces are crafted from solid precious metals — never plated. Whether it’s silver, 10k, 14k, 18k gold, or platinum, each piece is purity-stamped and designed for lasting wear.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes. We offer custom engraving for $30. You can add engraving details when placing your order or email us before your item ships.

What if my size isn’t ready and I want to buy now?

I’m outside the US. Can I use a conversion chart?
We don’t recommend it. Sizing systems vary, and conversion charts may not be accurate. For best results, use our Perfect Fit Ring Sizer.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 70 countries worldwide — including the USA, UK, India, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. Wherever you are, we aim to bring Orielle’s elegance to your doorstep.
How will my order be delivered?
Every order is handled with care. We partner with trusted courier services like USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your piece arrives securely and on time. From our hands to yours — beautifully and safely.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
It depends on your location. For most regions — including the USA, Australia, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and more — there are no customs duties. For Canada and some European countries, a small duty (not exceeding $30) may apply. If needed, our shipping partner will contact you directly.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (via registered post): Delivery within 12–15 days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (UPS/DHL/FedEx): Delivery within 5–6 days after dispatch. This option is available at checkout for an additional $32.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes. If you need your order sooner, we offer a rush production and express shipping service for an additional $100. Your piece will be prioritized and delivered with urgency — perfect for last-minute celebrations or surprises. Just drop us a note after placing your order to activate this service.
