30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the item ordered.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused 
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, modification, improper care, or normal wear and tear

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Orielle Fine Jewellery.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Most Orielle jewellery is crafted specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong style, or purchased the item by mistake.

As each piece is produced specifically for the customer, returns without a valid product-related issue are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, modification, or alteration after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately on delivery at hello@orielle.co

We may request photographs or additional information to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Return Process

Do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and following any instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@orielle.co.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges when an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

As many of our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will review the request and advise whether cancellation is available based on the production status of the item.
