We want you to love your Orielle piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains how to return or exchange your jewellery in line with UK consumer law and Klarna’s refund protection standards.


Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing at hello@orielle.co within 14 days.
  • Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the authenticity certificate and invoice

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Reflected on Klarna within their standard refund window

Klarna Refunds:

  • Klarna will pause your payment schedule during processing.
  • Once Orielle approves the refund, Klarna will update or cancel any remaining payments.
  • You’ll receive confirmation from both Orielle and Klarna.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing adjustments or product swaps of equal or greater value.

Made-to-order pieces may require new production timelines.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will replace, repair, or refund the item at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • UK Returns: Free return shipping for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise, the buyer covers return postage.
  • International Returns: Buyer is responsible for shipping and any customs duties.
