This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our dispatch timelines, delivery options, and Klarna order handling, in line with UK consumer protection and Klarna transparency requirements.


Processing & Dispatch Times

Every Orielle creation is handcrafted to order or carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Made-to-Order or Custom Designs: Dispatched within 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity.
  • Engraved or Personalised Jewellery: May require an additional 2–3 business days for engraving and polishing.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.

A dispatch confirmation email and tracking details will be sent once your item ships.


UK Delivery

We partner with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express, and DPD.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (free on orders over £100)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies)
  • All parcels are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

We cannot control customs clearance times and are not liable for resulting delays.


Klarna Orders (UK Compliance)

In accordance with Klarna’s UK merchant policy:

  • Orders placed via Klarna Pay Later, Pay in 3, or Financing are processed only after payment authorisation.
  • Klarna customers are not charged until the order is dispatched.
  • You will receive clear dispatch and tracking confirmation before Klarna finalises payment.
  • In case of delay, you will be notified and given the option to modify or cancel your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or lost:

  • Please contact hello@orielle.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will assist with courier tracking, claims, or replacement where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Orielle Fine Jewellery is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address entry.
