Order Processing

At Orielle Fine Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted and made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Most orders require approximately 10–12 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, customization requirements, selected materials, and current order volume.

While many orders are completed within this timeframe, certain designs may require additional production time to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate estimates. Delivery timelines begin only after the order has been completed and shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
