Custom, engraved, or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
11. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once dispatched, the 14-day return process applies.
If you have paid via Klarna, cancellation or refund will be handled directly through Klarna in compliance with their UK terms.

13. Warranty & Repairs
All Orielle Fine Jewellery items come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering craftsmanship defects.

Repairs outside the warranty period may be subject to a service fee.
